If accepted, revise your paper based on reviewer feedback, add author information, and submit the final camera-ready version. At least one author must register for the conference.
Papers will be evaluated by our Scientific Committee based on the following criteria
Novel contribution to the field with original ideas, methods, or findings that advance current knowledge.
Sound methodology, rigorous analysis, and valid conclusions supported by appropriate evidence.
Clear connection to AI applications in tourism, hospitality, or experience economy domains.
Well-organized, clearly written, with appropriate use of figures, tables, and references.
Potential for real-world application and benefit to industry practitioners or policymakers.
Thorough review of relevant literature demonstrating awareness of existing research.
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. Authors must anonymize their manuscripts by removing names, affiliations, and self-identifying references. Reviewers' identities are also kept confidential.
Submissions must be original work not previously published or under review elsewhere. All papers are checked for plagiarism using automated detection tools. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference at the full registration rate by the camera-ready deadline. Papers without registered authors will not be included in the proceedings.
Authors retain copyright of their work. By submitting, authors grant AITHE a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute the paper. Selected papers may be invited for extended publication in partner journals.
We look forward to receiving your contributions. The submission system opens June 1, 2026.
